What we won’t respond to (if you email us about any of these your email will be reported as spam to your email provider):
– asking us to replace or change a link in any of our blog posts
– “just wanted to bump this to the top of your inbox” or “just wanted to make sure you didn’t miss this email” or anything similar
– asking us to check out [this awesome thing]
– asking us to promote something
– wondering if we need website, app or SEO services
– adding us to your email newsletter without prior consent (we will remove ourselves and tell the newsletter provider we didn’t sign up for it)
– asking us to reply to your email (we don’t reply to every email we get)
Data jurisdiction statement(what is this?):
The company is currently located in Canada, the website is hosted on a shared hosting that we pay for. The server is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and run by OVHcloud (based in France). Our website DNS is run by Hurricane Electric (which is US based). Email is hosted by Runbox in Norway. We backup everything to Backblaze (US as well). We will keep records (either physical or electronic) of every conversation to ensure we can serve you better and for tax purposes. For more details see our privacy policy.
