This site is copyright of Gregory J Development. All content is either original content or content that we have got permission to use (some examples are creative commons or stock photos).
All sites we make we own the intellectual property rights we’ve developed prior to, or developed separately. We’ll own the unique combination of the elements that constitutes the website and we’ll license it to you, exclusively unless we agree otherwise.
If we bill you in anyway then that bill is due within 7 business days (unless otherwise agreed upon).
We charge in CAD, we do also offer the option to pay in your local currency (which will be converted to based to the exchange rates at the time). We convert everything to CAD at time of payment receive. Any refunds will be given in CAD (no matter the currency you pay in).
If you are late paying our bill we will add a late fee of 3% per month, effective annual rate 36%.
Spec / Free Work
Nobody in our company will work for free, we may choose to volunteer for any non-profit but we will not do any free for a company.
Termination of Services by Client
At any point if you are unhappy with our work please let me us know. We will stop work efficient immediately and issue you an invoice to pay for the services rendered.
Linking To Our Website
Any website is allowed to link to our website. If you take screenshot of any part of the website, quotes taken from our text content, and any references to our brand, domain or web pages must include a search-engine-followable HTML link.
If you we discover you haven’t done this we will email the author and ask them to include a link to our website (or page that they got the content from).
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the province of Ontario. If we are sued (by either a website visitor or a client) these terms and conditions state that the suit will take place in a court in Ontario, Canada.
